Job Summary

A company providing enterprise software support and service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Talent Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing perform research/searching using advanced techniques on passive talent
• Identifying, screening and accessing talent
• Researching and identifying innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of sourcing experience, either in an agency or in-house recruiting role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies
• Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with a demonstrated interest in Human Resources
