Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing prompt & customer-centric end user support across all Salesforce platforms within specified deadlines
- Partnering with key stakeholders & end users to capture business requirements & ensure functionality meets needs of the business
- Participating in Salesforce projects from the initial discovery phase through the documentation & training phases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years of Salesforce end user support
- 1-3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- 2 or more of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, Salesforce CPQ, and/ or Einstein Analytics
- Experience working within a project management framework
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt based on the shifting needs of the business
