Job Summary
A nonprofit network of hospitals, clinics, and home care services is in need of a Remote Salesforce Application Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing day and after hours on-call coverage as scheduled. May assume additional on-call responsibilities as directed by Manager
- Taking ownership of escalated customer issues and works with multiple parties and/or vendor to help resolve issue
- Independently supporting and resolving complex issues with all Salesforce instance/application(s) in adherence with service expectations and change management policies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2 years’ experience as Salesforce Admin
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Able to manage priorities, deadlines, and execute tasks
