Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce Application Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Guiding new users through a positive onboarding experience
  • Providing professional customer support by answering Tier 1 tickets
  • Coordinating learning opportunities such as office hours, web-based trainings, etc

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel; approximately 4-5 trips per year, for staff meetings, conferences and events
  • Customer service skills and experience in providing user support
  • Minimum three years of related work experience
  • Experience presenting and/or coordinating trainings online
