Job Summary

A cloud-based computing software firm is seeking a Remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building the foundation for project efforts by capturing business context
  • Developing strong partnerships with business stakeholders
  • Providing technical and functional expertise

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements development, and solution design
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices
  • 3+ years serving in an analyst, administrator, or architect role on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience designing, documenting, and supporting cross-platform integrations with Salesforce
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating development efforts
