A developer of biopharmaceutical products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Salesforce CRM Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Working through each stage of the software development lifecycle
Serving as the "go to" for users
Providing consulting and CRM support

Qualifications Include:

3-5 years of professional experience using Salesforce.com
Understanding of customer relationship management tools
Propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills
General knowledge of sales principles
Hands On experience using CRM, Jira, Confluence, Excel
