A digital transformation consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Field Service Lightning Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and developing technical solutions on the Lightning platform
  • Leading business stakeholder workshops and design sessions across Salesforce Field Service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Salesforce Field Service architecture and implementation knowledge
  • 3+ years of designing and configuration experience
  • Knowledge of Dispatcher Console, Experience Cloud, Appointment Assistant, Assets, Inventory Management, Maintenance Plans
  • Knowledge of the Field Service Mobile app
  • Expert in Field Service Scheduling, Routing, and Optimization features
