Job Summary
A sales software provider is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Marketing Cloud System Administrator in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Collaborates with IT, Marketing Ops, and Product teams to troubleshoot system errors
- Provide user support, and help inform product enhancement requests
- Monitor system performance, and verify that peripheral integrations are functioning as expected
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or similar experience required
- Creative problem solver and out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and deeply evaluate the technical components
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient with MS SQL, specifically within Marketing Cloud development or troubleshooting
