A workforce management software company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Professional Services Automation Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and prioritize requirements for Professional Services Automation
  • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information
  • Manage multiple iterations of requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • 2 years of Salesforce platform products experience
  • Experience collecting, documenting and progressively elaborating user requirements
  • Experience developing requirements for processes such as Revenue Recognition
  • Experience with Project Management tool
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
