Job Summary

A non-profit organization specializing in cyber defense solutions is seeking a Remote Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Interfacing with Salesforce users to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
Understanding the data integrations and cross-departmental usage and impact of changes
Understanding and follow change controls processes, guiding users and business leaders through the change process as it relates to Salesforce

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field
5+ years as a Business Analyst or equivalent role
Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria
Ability to create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that will meet customer business needs
