Job Summary

A non-profit organization specializing in cyber defense solutions is seeking a Remote Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Interfacing with Salesforce users to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Understanding the data integrations and cross-departmental usage and impact of changes
• Understanding and follow change controls processes, guiding users and business leaders through the change process as it relates to Salesforce

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
• Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
• Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria
• Ability to create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that will meet customer business needs
