Job Summary
A multi-national corporation is seeking a Remote Salesforce Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining and supporting the company's 3rd party app integrations
- Automating or developing self-service options for common support scenarios
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated skills using process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and report and dashboard building
- Previous experience developing requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project or implementation
- Excellent AGILE project management skills and a positive attitude
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Proficient with Conga Composer
