Job Summary

A multi-national corporation is seeking a Remote Salesforce Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and supporting the company's 3rd party app integrations
  • Automating or developing self-service options for common support scenarios

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated skills using process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and report and dashboard building
  • Previous experience developing requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project or implementation
  • Excellent AGILE project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Proficient with Conga Composer
