Job Summary
A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SALT Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading state and local tax integration issues for acquired companies
- Providing technical advice in relation to mergers, acquisitions and restructuring arrangements
- Building and maintaining relationships within the group
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- CPA or JD and bar admission/license or working toward bar admission/license
- 10+ years related experience, with at least 5 years in a Public Accounting firm
- Direct management or leadership experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting and/or Taxation, or advanced degree
