Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert in Bentonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the subject matter expert on SuccessFactors Compensation Management
- Contributing to the preparation of test plans and testing
- Defining potential improvements to processes and systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HCM Consultant
- Experience working on a minimum of 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementations or support projects
- In depth understanding SuccessFactors Data Model Changes, Provisioning Configurations, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT community
