Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SBA 504 Loan Officer Vice President in Norfolk.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collect pertinent information for loan requests
• Establish a strong network of referral relationships in order to solicit new leads
• Participate in regular sales meetings to promote bank products and services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2-7 years of experience dedicated to the SBA 504 loan program
• A positive attitude of teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to meet or exceed expectations
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear and direct communicators
• Excellent communication skills to work with borrowers and internal bank staff at many levels
