Job Summary

A customer experience consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Scheduling Coordinator in Draper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Program Director/Manager to track sample size (contact info) outlined in the client contract
• Manage contact information
• Review sample data set sent by clients to ensure it includes required details to complete scheduling service and other processes

Position Requirements Include:

• A high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications specifically high proficiency with Excel formulas and applications
• 2-5 years' general administrative or inside sales experience
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
• Team collaboration skills including reliability, positivity, problem-solving and respect for diversity
