Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote School Age Mathematics Senior Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing and refine the school-age afterschool, in-school and summer mathematics curriculum
• Developing necessary training and materials critical in delivery of mathematics (and STEM where applicable) programs
• Ensuring effective operation of model mathematics programs including successful program monitoring and evaluation

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel throughout the US (up to 20%)
• Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in education
• Extensive knowledge of mathematical instruction, assessments and interventional approaches
• Extensive experience in developing training and coaching individuals
• Thorough understanding of, and ability to work effectively with, local community organizations at the grassroots level
