Job Summary

A non-profit learning provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Science and Technology Education Frontend Web Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing new Vue components in a Rails 5.1+ application
• Integrating authorization, single sign-on, data, and storage with Firebase
• Managing the project with your team through iterative 2-3 week sprints

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience building large and complex web UIs for multiple audiences
• Vue, Vuex, Firebase experience
• Terminal, git, valid cross-browser compatible HTML5, CSS3, Web API use
• Modern best practices, Typography, “Don’t Make Me Think”, Web APIs, DOM knowledge
• Expert ability to achieve complex layout and style with minimal code
• Self-starter mindset and consistent self-teaching skills
