Job Summary
A scientific recruiting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scientific Recruiter in Cambridge.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Screening applicants and sourcing candidates for roles ranging from entry-level research associate on up
- Conducting phone screens in a professional manner, and providing unbiased opinions of scientific expertise
- Participating in idea sessions for various clients, including branding, advertising, and candidate attraction strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A willingness to eventually work one day/week onsite with a client in Cambridge
- Physically located in the Boston area preferred
- PhD in a scientific field
- Flexibility to dedicate at least 5 hours per week - more time is preferred
- Ability to work remotely in a diligent and organized fashion
