Job Summary

A large home furnishing store needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scrum Master.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coach team members in Agile processes
  • Effective facilitation of Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Scrum of Scrums, and Sprint Execution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • One Agile certification (CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, CSP)
  • 5-7+ years as a project leader / team member on multiple projects
  • 8+ years of IT or NFM experience or have achieved a technical certification or developed a unique skill set
  • Knowledge of several Agile Frameworks
