Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Scrum Master II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee scrum process and coach 1-2 teams
• Guide teams on how to get the most out of self-organization
• Manage interdependencies between teams

Position Requirements Include:

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and methodologies
• Agile or SCRUM certification or equivalent training and experience required
• Experienced with JIRA
• Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills
