Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master in New Carrollton.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage product backlog, facilitate defect review meetings, escalate issues
• Assist in the development of sprints and release plans
• Lead and facilitate daily scrum meetings

Position Requirements Include:

• 2x a month onsite in New Carrolton, MD
• 10 years demonstrated experience in iterative methodologies
• Clearable for an IRS MBI clearance
• 10 years of technical background in the application development domain with Java, Oracle, and ETL
• 7 years demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master on a large (>50 FTEs) distributed team
• 5 years prior In-depth experience working with Rational Team Concert (RTC) to manage Agile/Scrum projects
