A cyber security company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master in Overland Park.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging the product owner and business SMEs upfront
- Monitoring daily Tasks and removes impediments
- Holding daily 15 minutes standup meeting with all team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years real-world experience performing Scrum Master duties
- Skillful communication and conversation skills
- Must be a team player, comfortable working side by side with product, UX and development partners
- Exercising sound business judgment while displaying professional and appropriate behavior
