Job Summary

A technical and creative services provider is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master in Redmond.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and report gaps in our process framework
  • Schedule, participate, and lead ceremonies for Sprint planning
  • Schedule and drive Sprint retrospective meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of experience in game development
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Passion for building and executing adaptive process
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methods
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio Team Services, ADO, or similar bug database
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Excel, and Project
