A digital marketing company is in need of a Remote Search Engine Optimization Manager in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a world-class team of up to 8 remote SEO professionals in the execution of innovative SEO campaigns
• Leveling up the skills of each team member through mentorship, regular one-on-ones, individual development plans, and feedback
• Facilitating the mid share of the team by surfacing the wins and learnings of team members

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years in managing SEO teams in an agency environment
• Experience servicing and growing enterprise accounts
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills
• Stellar communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing
• Strong negotiation skills and a diplomatic ability to manage conflict
• Exceptional ability to recruit, motivate and retain a world-class team
