Job Summary

An apparel company has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide an authentic experience when interacting with each customer via phone
  • Assist customers regardless of the situation
  • Utilize de-escalation skills, critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills

Qualifications Include:

  • Our team requires all teammates to attend an Orientation, Sales, and Service training
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently using a computer
  • Strong familiarity with computer software and programs
  • Must have schedule flexibility to meet business needs including weekends & peak sales periods
  • Able to meet or exceed attendance requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively and accurately verbally and in writing
