Job Summary
An outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide premium, end-to-end services for our customers, across telephone, email and/or chat
- Ensuring that customers have the products needed to fit their needs
- Helping customers with order status questions or changes to previously placed orders
Required Skills:
- Adept at navigating ambiguous customer situations
- Demonstrates a passion for outstanding customer focus
- 1+ year of excelling in a sales, customer service, or support role
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required)
- Ability to type in excess of 35 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Skilled at customer engagement
