Job Summary

An outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide premium, end-to-end services for our customers, across telephone, email and/or chat
  • Ensuring that customers have the products needed to fit their needs
  • Helping customers with order status questions or changes to previously placed orders

Required Skills:

  • Adept at navigating ambiguous customer situations
  • Demonstrates a passion for outstanding customer focus
  • 1+ year of excelling in a sales, customer service, or support role
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required)
  • Ability to type in excess of 35 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
  • Skilled at customer engagement
