Job Summary

A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Seasonal Priority Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Effectively and professionally responding to the customers' sales inquiry while offering world class customer care
• Interacting daily with VIP customers and interact frequently with Executive Management
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with all our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in escalations & high-pressure situations
• Keen attention to accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly PC literate and 35 words per minute typing is essential
• Ability to maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision
