Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Seasonal Priority Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Effectively and professionally responding to the customers' sales inquiry while offering world class customer care
- Interacting daily with VIP customers and interact frequently with Executive Management
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with all our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in escalations & high-pressure situations
- Keen attention to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly PC literate and 35 words per minute typing is essential
- Ability to maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision
