Job Summary

A staffing organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Recruiting Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Screening candidates and qualify candidate experience and skills
  • Evaluating video interview submissions
  • Conducting candidate interviews via phone and video, document results, and make sound recommendations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Contact Center BPO industry knowledge and experience
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and interviewing for non-exempt employees
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws
