A professional placement firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Tax Preparer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide tax support and advice through video-enabled software
- Conduct professional customer interactions using your expertise in tax preparation, troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- An active PTIN
- At least 3+ years filing 30+ Federal & state individual 1040 tax returns, using tax prep software
- Avoid tax jargon and answer customers' tax preparation questions using language they understand
