Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is seeking a Remote SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and coordinating all aspects of the quarterly and annual financial reporting process
- Preparing Company’s external financial reporting process, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-Ks, ensuring financial statements are in accordance with U.S. GAAP guidelines
- Ensuring quality control over the Forms 10-K and 10-Q
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven very strong working knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations and internal controls
- 5+ years of financial reporting/technical accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant
- Big 4 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Familiarity with and interpreting SEC Reg. S-X and S-K rules
