Job Summary
A digital manufacturing platform has a current position open for a Remote SEC Reporting Manager in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and reviewing 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC filings
- Preparing and reviewing quarterly and ad hoc materials for the Audit Committee
- Managing internal processes related to quarter and year-end certifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience, public or private
- Technical Accounting and SEC reporting experience
- Experience preparing footnote disclosures and accounting memos
- Detail oriented w/ strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
