A technology company is seeking a Remote Second Shift Cloud Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team supporting and/or implementing software projects
- Defining, documenting and managing scope, expectations, implementation approach, etc
- Managing and controlling activities in multi-functional areas or sections
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Successful track record in applications implementation and as a manager
- Expert knowledge of all applications within a business area
- 10 years of technical experience in addition to 5+ years technical support / Operations leadership experience
- Experience managing teams consisting of applications or systems engineers and application administrators
- Experience running large Java/python/ruby applications
- Exposure to system management monitoring and alerting tools
