Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Remote Secondary Math Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program
- Complete all grading, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner
- Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must reside in the state of Washington, Oregon, or Idaho or be relocating to one of these states in the near future
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math in Washington (appropriate to grade level and content area responsibilities)
- ESOL endorsement preferred
- Experience with Professional Learning Communities
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs)
