Job Summary

An enterprise software provider is in need of a Remote SecOps ArcSight SaaS Technical Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create, document and implement ArcSight best practices
• Act as a liaison between product management and the customer
• Promote opportunities for two-way communication between the customer and various groups

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Deep understanding and hands on implementation of ArcSight and SIEM technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to be an honest advocate
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the C-level
• Proven experience in managing SaaS and SIEM project implementations
• Proficient in SaaS and on-prem technologies, Docker containers technology, SIEM technologies, etc
• Experience working in a multi-cultural global organization
