Job Summary

A medical equipment company is in need of a Remote SEC Reporting Technical Accounting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and preparing Securities and Exchange Commission quarterly and annual reports
• Managing the Disclosure Committee agenda, minutes, and meetings
• Researching new and existing U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
• 7+ years’ experience in Accounting, Financial, Investor Relations, and/or external communications role
• 2+ year’s management experience, with a minimum of three direct reports
• Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP packages, Oracle, required
• Must possess a solid working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC Compliance
