Job Summary

A financial services and solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Securities Licensing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Ensure timely payment of invoices to FINRA and other vendors
• Identify and communicate risks to management and team
• Facilitate necessary requirements for onboarding registered representatives

• 1 - 3+ Years of compliance experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal clients
• Demonstrates solid project management skills
• Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
