Job Summary
A security and home automation company has a current position open for a Remote Security and Home Automation Retention Effectiveness Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead and develop overall compliance and quality assurance program for Customer Retention
- Partner with department heads to promote and enhance a culture of exceeding performance
- Shape and execute strategies to improve our employee retention and speed to competency
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science, education, business administration or closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years of call center experience
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports including remote employees
- 5-7+ years of experience with performing and teaching behavioral performance analysis
- Advanced critical thinking that blends observation, data, and fact-based insight with intuition and foresight
- Solid proficiency working with standard MS Office and project management technologies
