Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Security Configuration Management Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping lead the next level of security work
- Maintaining the configuration baselines
- Proactively engaging with vendors to work through issues that arise
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree and/or applicable, proven experience
- 3+ years' experience in Security/IT or equivalent knowledge
- 2+ years engineering experience with IT/security SW: SIEM, MDM, etc
- Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes
- Understanding of baselines, and formal change control procedures
- Proficient in writing/developing procedures, work instructions and tickets
