Job Summary

A computer networking hardware and software company has an open position for a Remote Security Product Customer Experience Practice Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and tracking key portfolio metrics
  • Defining and improving portfolio metrics and reporting
  • Highlighting areas where essential quantitative and qualitative data is needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ in product marketing, communications, or product management for sophisticated technologies
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills with the flexibility to shift priority projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas
