Job Summary
An American multinational technology and consulting corporation is seeking a Remote Security Services Transition Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Work closely with System Administrators, Network Administrators, Workstation Support, and Help Desks to establish processes and policies to protect the customers IT infrastructure
- Prepare product comparisons and roll out a different vendors product if selected by the customer
- Work closely with the customer chosen anti-virus vendors to resolve outstanding issues including license currency and need for upgrading to supported levels or versions of software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in Windows operating system internals
- At least 2 years experience in Anti-virus, Malware, Security
