Job Summary

A developer of employee monitoring software is filling a position for a Remote Security Software Solution Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from prospects and customers
  • Listen to customer problems, uncover opportunities, and offer customer care
  • Assist trial and paid customers with onboarding

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
  • Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of architecture, migrations, and management of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
  • General knowledge of Linux
