A manufacturer of digital and analog semiconductor connectivity solutions is seeking a Remote Semiconductor Connectivity Solutions Manufacturing Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving customer adoption and success with company software solutions w
- Building relationship with customer as Trusted Advisor and hold business reviews to ensure alignment
- Engaging with the company sales Account Team to orchestrate renewal readiness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or IT-related field
- 12+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Deep understanding of how customers use IT to deliver business value/outcomes
- Broad understanding of industry trends and directions
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong executive presence
