Job Summary

A property and casualty insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Accident and Health Staff Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating first drafts of Producer Service Agreements
  • Assisting in the development of simple Reinsurance Treaties
  • Utilizing the contract management system to develop various agreements

Required Skills:

  • J.D. degree, admitted to a State Bar, and eligible for a NJ Limited-License
  • Up to 3 years’ experience with in-house legal department of an insurer or reinsurer
  • Knowledge of Accident & Health products
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in contract drafting
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
