Job Summary
An emergency communication company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the post-sales relationship with our clients and partners through implementation, launch, and on-going customer engagement
- Executing effective strategies, tools, and processes to deliver growth and increased value to our customers
- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ work experience in a sales, business development or strategic role, ideally in a tech company or within a technical sector
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively overseeing multiple concurrent customers, complex products, and offering bespoke solutions.
- Ability to understand technical requirements of our customers, discover their pain points and opportunities and ultimately upsell RapidSOS features and solutions
- Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
