Job Summary

A residential development company is seeking a Remote Senior Accountant in the New York City Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain journal entries and perform general ledger analysis
  • Assist in annual budget preparations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Some travel is required
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years of real estate accounting experience
  • Experience in Condominium real estate is desired
  • Excellent analytical skills
