Job Summary
A global company providing healthcare, life insurance, and accident insurance services is in need of a Remote Senior Agile Solution Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own content for a Solution initiative
- Validate and understands end user needs to ensure highest quality Solutions
- Create and communicate the Solution Vision and Roadmap
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience in Healthcare environment
- Past experience working with technology teams, or the ability and interest to learn
- Understanding of business functions and capabilities
- Ability and experience working across different functional areas in a matrix environment
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable business rules and requirements
