Job Summary

A holding company for several property and casualty insurance companies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Allied Healthcare Underwriting Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Underwrite Healthcare new business and large complex renewals
  • Proactively engage with agents on new and renewal business
  • Participate actively in team meetings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years Allied Healthcare professional and GL underwriting experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Allied Healthcare underwriting concepts
  • Ability to understand competitor’s product offering
  • In depth knowledge of coverage specifics to Allied Healthcare
  • Ability to manage workload to meet goals
