Job Summary

An IT services and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior AMS Payroll Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting Consultants with project-based work
• Coordinating, troubleshooting and managing system issues to resolution
• Being responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in Payroll
• Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
• Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical support of other systems functionality
• Functional experience as a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Analyst
• Experience in managing relationships and SLA's with 3rd party ticketing system
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
