Job Summary
A Customer service provider is seeking a Remote Senior Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Combine data from disparate sources into one view of our users from first touch to conversion and beyond
- Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics methods to drive better decisions
- Working with the Marketing team to use data to better understand and market to our users
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at a high growth company, bonus points for experience working with a sales team
- A desire to own projects and prioritize them effectively
- Ability to tell stories with data - we are always looking for the “so what” in our analysis
- A deep intellectual curiosity - a desire to dive into problems and look for patterns
- Experience using R, python, or another scripting language. Bonus points for experience with libraries such as dplyr, shiny, numpy, pandas etc
