Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Application Security Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Assist in development and implementation of a formal application security program
- Maintain SDF (Secure Development Framework) defined policies and quality standards
- Provide application security SME knowledge and consultation to development and engineering teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Direct experience with one or more SDL Frameworks such as NIST 800-218, Microsoft SDL, BSIMM, OWASP SAMM, SAFECode
- Direct experience leading of formal code reviews
- Direct experience using proxy and security testing tools
- Direct experience with formal web application penetration testing efforts
- Direct experience leading root cause analyses with other technical stakeholders
- Direct experience leading formal application vulnerability remediation
